Refund policy

Order Returns

Wearwell accepts returns for exchange, store credit, or refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of the date the items were shipped to you. Refunds will not be issued for items shipped back to wearwell without a refund request or on items that have been worn, returned without tags, damaged, or otherwise are unable to be resold due to the state in which they were returned in. All returns must include original packing slip in order for refund to be processed.

Wearwell cannot provide prepaid return shipping labels to international locations, including APO/FPO/DOP addresses and Canada.

Gift Cards

Wearwell gift cards are non-refundable and are not able to be applied to past purchases.

Sales and Promotional Offers

Rewards members must be logged in at checkout to be able to redeem their rewards discount code. No price adjustments on placed orders.

Final Sale Orders

Products marked 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations + Notifications

We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it’s placed. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Any changes to your delivery needs must be managed directly with the shipping service provider.
