I’m a wearwell member but I’m not able to log into my account. How do I get access? 

If you’re a wearwell member, you may need to activate your account on our site to connect your membership. It’s easy! Click here and enter the email address you provided when signing up for membership. You’ll receive an email within a few minutes. Click on the link you received in that email to gain access. If you skip this step and try to log into the site, you will not be able to do so until you click the link that is sent to you in the activation email. 

 

Can I shop without a membership?  

Absolutely! But wearwell members get 10% off on every order, free shipping + returns, access to unlimited styling, perks, rewards, gifts, and more.

How flexible is wearwell membership? 

Skip months whenever you want, reschedule your renewals, and stop your membership all within the membership portal. You can cancel your membership anytime up until your next renewal date.

What is wearwell’s cancellation policy? 

You can cancel your wearwell membership at any time prior to your next renewal within your account page. Membership renewal charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

 

How do I cancel my membership? 

Simply log into your account, click “Manage Subscriptions,” and follow the prompts to do so. Please do not contact us via email to request cancellation as we may be unable to respond prior to your next renewal. If you cancel your membership prior to your next renewal date, you will not be charged. We are unable to issue refunds for membership charges that occur prior to cancelation.

What if I didn't cancel before my renewal? 

If you didn't cancel before your membership renewed, we cannot offer a refund for the charge, but you can cancel so you will not be charged again.  

 

Exchanges, Returns, and Shipping Details

 

How do I start a return? 

It’s easy! You can start the returns and exchange process here. 

Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the date the items were shipped to you. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and issue a refund within approximately 5-7 days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-7 days for this refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will not honor refunds for items shipped to us without a return request or on items that have been worn, returned without tags, or otherwise are unable to be resold due to the state they were returned in.

 

How do I exchange for a different size? 

Click here to start your exchange! You'll be prompted to choose the size and color you want if they are available.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is a flat $8 for non-members, and completely free for wearwell monthly and annual members

 

Does wearwell ship internationally? 

Currently, wearwell only ships within the United States. We plan to add new shipping locations in the future. Sign up for our email list to be the first to hear!

 

Wearwell Personal Styling

 

How does Personal Styling work? 

After you complete your style quiz, your stylist will send you their picks, 6 items curated just for you. In approximately 5 days, you’ll receive an email notification that your stylist's picks are ready for you to shop! 

With a wearwell Membership, you can choose to book a personal styling session whenever you’d like, free of charge (think of this as your own virtual personal styling service!). Annual members get 4 personal styling sessions per year automatically included with their membership. Annual and monthly members can book additional styling sessions anytime.

Simply add Personal Styling to your cart when you’re logged into your membership account and check out using your exclusive promo code (the $10 fee will be waived for you!). Then keep an eye out for your stylist’s picks to arrive in your inbox, ready to shop!

 

I don't have a wearwell membership, can I still book a Personal Styling session?  

Absolutely! Just add Personal Styling to your cart, check out, and then take the style quiz to let your personal stylist know all about your sizing and style. Personal styling sessions are $10 each, but wearwell members can book a free styling session at anytime! 

 

Do I need to take the style quiz?

Yes. If you want to be styled by a wearwell personal stylist, they'll need your sizing and style information to get started. Take our style quiz before you get your stylist's picks!

 

How do I update the information my stylist has? 

Log into your wearwell account and click Start Your Style Quiz to update the information your stylist has available to them. 

 

Sizing, Secondhand, Gift Cards, and More 

 

Do you offer plus or petite sizes? 

Wearwell offers clothing in sizes XS to 3X at this time. We’ll be adding more sizing options in the future.

 

Do you offer secondhand clothing options? 

Yes! Our secondhand clothing program is called wearwellagain. We collect gently used clothing and accessories originally sold through wearwell and get them into a new closet. You’ll see “wearwellagain” on the product image when shopping, and the condition is noted in the details on the product page. 

If you have pieces you’d like to send in, you can request a prepaid shipping label here. Once we receive and process your clothing and accessories, we’ll send you a discount code to put towards a future purchase. Anything that doesn’t make the cut, we’ll donate to a trusted non-profit partner.

 

How do I purchase a gift card?
